Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Corralejo Silver
  • 0.5 ounce peach schnapps
  • 0.75 ounce agave nectar
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Mint leaf for garnish

How To Make It

  • Tear mint leaves into pieces and add to a shaker.
  • Add Corralejo Silver, peach schnapps, agave nectar, and lemon juice.
  • Shake vigorously over ice.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf.
