A bright and fruity twist on the classic with mint and peach for a refreshing finish.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Corralejo Silver
- 0.5 ounce peach schnapps
- 0.75 ounce agave nectar
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 5 mint leaves
- Mint leaf for garnish
How To Make It
- Tear mint leaves into pieces and add to a shaker.
- Add Corralejo Silver, peach schnapps, agave nectar, and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously over ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
