Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Corralejo Silver
  • 0.5 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 ounce lime juice
  • 0.5 ounce agave nectar
  • Top with soda water
  • Lime wedge for garnish

How To Make It

  • Combine Corralejo Silver, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.
