Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Corralejo Silver
  • 0.25 ounce agave nectar
  • 0.25 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 0.25 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • 3 ounces Negra Modelo

How To Make It

  • Combine Corralejo Silver, agave nectar, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with Negra Modelo.
  • Garnish with a citrus twist of your choice.
