Crafted Outside Convention
Corralejo is one of the few tequila producers with the legal right to operate outside Jalisco. While that region dominates production, we remain rooted in Guanajuato— a province with its own deep tradition of tequila-making. Here, we take an artisanal and fiercely independent approach that honors the legacy of our land.
We produce tequila exclusively with 100 percent Blue Weber agave, grown primarily on our own estate fields. Our location may set us apart, but it’s our values that define us: heritage, craftsmanship, and the courage to do things differently.

Time-Honored Methods
For nearly 250 years, the distillation methods at Hacienda Corralejo have been preserved and refined by generations of master artisans. We slow roast our agave in traditional clay ovens, then double distill the juice in a combination of copper pot stills and column stills. This method enhances clarity while preserving the agave's rich, earthy character.

Our bottles are handcrafted in our own on-site glass factory. Every label is applied by hand. No two bottles are exactly alike. Unlike large-scale distillers, we produce only Corralejo Tequila, and nothing else.
From field to glass, every part of the process reflects our dedication to authenticity, quality, and independence.
Flavor You Can Trace to the Land
Our tequila is fermented with a proprietary yeast cultivated inside the walls of Hacienda Corralejo. This house strain gives us greater control over the flavor profile and imparts a unique character that reflects the soul of our distillery.
The terroir of Guanajuato plays a major role in the final taste. From the mineral-rich volcanic soil to the dry, high-altitude climate, every element of our environment adds complexity to the agave—and to the tequila it becomes.
The result is a flavor that is bold, distinctive, and impossible to replicate elsewhere.
