PASSIONATE SOULS PALOMA

A sweet, tart, and spicy take on the Paloma with passion fruit and a Tajín kick.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Corralejo Reposado
  • 0.25 ounce simple syrup
  • 0.75 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce passion fruit purée
  • 5 dashes cayenne tincture
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters
  • Top with grapefruit soda or grapefruit beer
  • Tajín rim
  • Dried blood orange wheel and torched grapefruit half-moon for garnish

How To Make It

  • Combine all ingredients except the grapefruit soda or beer in a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
  • Rim a Collins glass with Tajín and fill with fresh ice.
  • Hawthorne and fine strain into the prepared glass.
  • Top with grapefruit soda or grapefruit beer.
  • Garnish with a dried blood orange wheel and a torched grapefruit half-moon.
