PASSIONATE SOULS PALOMA
A sweet, tart, and spicy take on the Paloma with passion fruit and a Tajín kick.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Corralejo Reposado
- 0.25 ounce simple syrup
- 0.75 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce passion fruit purée
- 5 dashes cayenne tincture
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- Top with grapefruit soda or grapefruit beer
- Tajín rim
- Dried blood orange wheel and torched grapefruit half-moon for garnish
How To Make It
- Combine all ingredients except the grapefruit soda or beer in a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
- Rim a Collins glass with Tajín and fill with fresh ice.
- Hawthorne and fine strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with grapefruit soda or grapefruit beer.
- Garnish with a dried blood orange wheel and a torched grapefruit half-moon.
