Ingredients

  • 2.5 ounces Corralejo Extra Añejo
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash mole bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Orange twist and Luxardo cherry for garnish

How To Make It

  • Stir all ingredients over ice until well chilled.
  • Strain into a lowball glass over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with an orange twist and a Luxardo cherry.
